Victor Gryszkiewicz – Commercial / Residential Supervisor
Victor is a hands on Supervisor for our technical staff with NJ, Delaware, and Pennsylvania Pest Control Licenses (Core, 7A, 7B, & 8B.) Victor oversees the day to day operations including scheduling, technician quality control, equipment/chemical monitoring and assisting customers with problems that above and beyond the normal pest control issue. Victor is a graduate of Toms River High School South and has been with Action for over 8 years.
Richard Brown – Sales Manager
Rich is a vital asset to our sales team with over 28 years of sales experience. Rich holds a 7B Pest Control License and is responsible for helping our sales staff and technician find the most cost effective pest control solutions available for our customers. Rich’s sales management responsibilities include Termite, Home Service, Bed Bugs and Commercial Sales. Rich is married with 5 children.
Christoper Post – Account Executive
Chris is a vital part of the Action Termite and Pest Control Sales Division. Chris has a 7A Pest Control License and offers impeccable customer service to our customers. Chris has an Associate’s Degree and receives ongoing training on the latest pest control methods. Chris’ knowledge of every aspect of pest control is considerable.
Justin Reid – Termite and Pest Control Specialist
Justin has been with Action Termite and Pest Control since 2008 and is a valuable asset to our team. Justin provides considerable expertise to our General Pest Control, Termite, Animal, Mosquito and Mold Control Operations. Justin is a graduate of Lakewood High School and is experienced in a variety of areas related to construction. Justin is married with 2 children.
Justin Van Winkle – Residential / Commercial Pest Control Technician
Justin provides both inspection and treatment services to our residential and commercial customers. Justin has both a 7A and 7B Pest Control License and is a highly experienced technician with a great record for providing customer satisfaction.
Jay Maccaquano – Residential Pest Control Technician
Jay is a major contributor to Action’s Home Service and Termite Division. Jay has both his 7A and 7B Pest Control License.
James Hurd – Technician Helper
Jimmy is a hard working helper for our Bed Bug Division that provides assistance to our professional technicians. Jimmy has attained his GED and is a great asset to Action Termite and Pest Control.
