When I announced that I was going into the crawlspace to look at things with them, they offered me a pair of coveralls to wear. The looked at the scope of the work and explained what they were going to do in detail. They also pointed out some minor flaws that still existed down there with solutions that would solve those problems. When they finished the crawlspace, they invited me to inspect the work down there so that they could be sure hat I was completely satisfied. They installed new crawlspace vents and explained the working of this new system. I usually give the service people a small gratuity after the completion of their work. These guys were so good that I doubled my usual tip to them. By the way, they got things done quickly and correctly. There was no wasted time during this service call. |
